01. Who we are?

MULTIBROKER S.R.L. is a Romanian company, with registered office in Bd. Pipera nr. 1 / I, bl. ADMAX, et, of. 19, Voluntari, County of Ilfov, Trade Register number J23/1349/2018, tax identification number 39094205, (hereinafter referred to „Company”.)

The Company does not act as a creditor.

www.crediability.com (.eu, .co.uk, .de, .it, .es, .pl, .ro, .ru) is a website owned and operated by the Company (Site).

The Company reserves the right to change the Site's content, including structure, texts, images, products, services, applications, algorithms, to update or modify the Terms of Use and Privacy Policy of the Site without prior notice.

By completing and sending any form on the Site the user confirms having read and accepted all the terms in the text below.

All interactions between Users and Site are governed by the Site Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy in force.


02. What personal data do we collect?

The Company collects information, including personal data, when you interact with the Site, use the Site's services, complete the Site forms, make a purchase through the Site, and / or when you sign out.

Collected and processed information includes: sex, age, occupation, civil status, qualification level, profession, type and field of activity of the company you are employed in, work experience, training, level of education, family situation, economic / financial data about your assets, data about your credit history, habits / preferences / behavior, geolocation data / traffic data based on the IP address (only city and country), computer and browser information including your IP address (location and country only), software and hardware attributes, and the requested page.

At the same time, we may process personal data if you initiate a communication with us through electronic mail or other communication channels you choose. In this case, the personal data processed by the Company will include your email address and other data, if you choose to provide it to us within the communication process (name, surname, phone, home address, other data).

We do not process personal data of the category: personal numeric code, date and place of birth, nationality, ethnicity, religious and political beliefs, contact details (except as expressly provided in this document).


03. What is the legal basis for processing the personal data?

For the data you provide voluntarily, the legal basis is the performance of a contract to which the data subject is a party (Article 6 (1) (b) of Regulation (EU) 679/2016) and the legitimate interests pursued by collector (Article 6 (1) (f) of Regulation (EU) 679/2016).

We use the data to issue a tax invoice, if applicable.

With regard to data that we automatically collect through the use of cookies or other similar technologies, the ground for personal data processing is your consent. Once you access the Site, you are giving your valid consent to the data processing.


04. For what purpose do we use personal data?

We only process your personal data for legitimate purposes, including the improvement and development of our services, etc. Any of the information we collect through the Site may be used to:

  1. Customize user experience and respond to individual needs
  2. Simulate the user's credit history and form their risk profile
  3. Provide recommendations for improving the user's risk profile
  4. Calculate the user’s indebtedness
  5. Calculate the maximum amount (maximum monthly installment) of loans for which the user may apply
  6. Improve the Site content
  7. Improve user support services
  8. Communication with the user
  9. Collect, preserve and process the historical data on the Site, including visits, visitors, hits, pages, requests, etc.
  10. Issue invoices

In order to be able to offer personalized products and services, we may process your personal data to identify your preferences and / or behavior, including automated processes that do not involve human intervention.

By entering the data in the forms on the Site, you declare that you expressly and certainly accept that such data is collected and processed by the Company, its affiliates and their contractual partners, without geographical and time limits, and may be transferred by the Company to them or other third parties in the country and / or outside the country, for the purpose of carrying out by the Company, its affiliates and their contractual partners, certain activities, including, but not limited to: commercial activities, products and services marketing and promotional activities (of the Company and / or its contractual partners), advertising, media, administrative, development, market research and statistics, monitoring of requested services and consumer behavior.

By completing the forms on the Site the user hereby accepts that the data entered in the forms be included in the Company's databases and that this data is stored and processed by the Company, its affiliates, partners and collaborators for the purpose of carrying out the activities described above, including, but not limited to, providers of marketing, courier, payment services, banking, financial services.

The refusal to provide the required data to be included in the forms on the Site makes it impossible to provide the Company's services.

Users who are citizens or residents of the EU are guaranteed the rights set out in European Regulation 679/2016 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and the free movement of such data, including the right to information, the right of access to data, the right to object, the right not to be subject to an individual decision, the right to seek settlement in the court in case of violation of their rights. Customers have the right to request total or partial deletion, correction and supplementation of personal data, or any other right provided for by applicable law by submitting a written (dated and signed) application to the Company at the address indicated in the Contact data.

The company will not require users to provide confidential information, access to bank accounts, personal passwords, etc. through any means of communication (telephone / e-mail / chat / SMS, etc.). If you disclose the information to third parties, you bear the full responsibility for your actions and you cannot hold the Company liable for any kind of damage.


05. Use of data for commercial and marketing purposes

We do not send and you will not receive newsletters or communications of commercial nature from the Company.


06. Personal data retention period

We store personal data for a period not exceeding 5 years from the last visit to the site or the last interaction with us. The exception is where the law requires us to store personal data for a longer period, for example:

  • If we issued an invoice, your data will be stored for 10 years, according to law.

07. With whom do we share personal data?

We will not disclose your information to third parties to be used for their own marketing or commercial purposes without your consent.

We may, however, disclose your information to the Company's affiliates, including Company employees, authorized agents, lawyers, consultants, accountants, auditors, current and future contractual partners, legal representatives of the Company, companies that will take over the Company, central or local suppliers, suppliers of services and goods, payment / bank service providers, IT service providers, companies with whom we develop joint programs to promote our services, banking institutions, insurance and reinsurance companies, and companies in the same group with the Company.


08. What rights do you have as a data subject?

The protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data is a fundamental right. Article 8 (1) of the Charter of Fundamental Rights of the European Union (the „Charter”) and Article 16 (1) of the Treaty on the Functioning of the European Union (TFEU) provide for the right of every person to the protection of their personal data.

The rights of data subjects who are EU citizens or residents related to the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and the free movement of such data are as follows:

  1. the right to information and access
  2. the right to intervention upon the data
  3. the right to rectification
  4. the right to delete data
  5. the right to restrict processing
  6. the right to data portability
  7. the right to objection to the individual automated decision-making process, including profiling
  8. the right to lodge a complaint to the supervisory authority (www.dataprotection.ro)
